1996-97

In September 1996 was asking God to show me what it was He was calling me to do.  After nine months of continued prayer, He showed me through several different events, that He was calling me to be my son’s prayer warrior.  I didn’t know what this was going to look like, but God has taught me more and more each day how important it is to pray.  Not only for my son, but now for my daughter-n-law, my three beautiful grandchildren, husband, family and friends.

It has been quite an eye opening experience and through it all, I have experiences God’s goodness, kindness and many answered prayers.  But most of all I  have found this precious friend in Jesus who I talk with everyday.

This blog is for my family, especially my grandchildren, Rudy 10 , Eowyn 9 and Jordana 3  as of today 4/16/18, first day of my blog.  As I tell always tell them to date everything, cause as God answers our prayers the dates can really mean something very important.

I want to encourage all of you young parents to start praying for your children before they are born, pray for their salvation, for their spouse, for the calling that God has placed upon their lives.  Start today, no matter what age your child is, it is never too late.

Pray for your spouse too!  My main prayer for my spouse, son and family is just this, That they would desire MORE of God in their lives.  That is all!  When they desire more of God, He takes care of the rest.  He knows them much better than I do, He knows what they need and don’t need in their lives.  He placed a treasure deep with in them and He knows how to minister to that precious treasure.  So just pray that they desire more of God and He will take over the rest.
